1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival.
  • Customized, personalized, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us immediately after receiving your order for assistance.
